Dessert fruité et fondant, le clafoutis aux brugnons vous renvoie en enfance dès la première bouchée !
Un délice plutôt sain, à consommer sans arrière-pensée…
Ingrédients :
Ingrédients (pour 6) :
Fouetter les œufs entiers avec les jaunes et le sucre. Incorporer les farines et la fécule puis fluidifier la préparation avec le lait d’amande. Agrémenter de vanille en poudre.
Préchauffer le four à 170°C en chaleur tournante.
Laver les brugnons et les découper en fines lamelles.
Disposer les morceaux de fruits dans un plat huilé et fariné ou chemisé d’un papier cuisson. Verser l’appareil dessus er enfourner pour 40 minutes de cuisson.
Laisser refroidir avant de démouler.
Servir bien frais. Bon appétit !
