Ingrédients :
Préchauffer le four à 200°c.
Graisser une empreinte à madeleines et la mettre en attente.
Faire fondre la margarine sur feu doux et la laisser revenir à température ambiante.
Dans un saladier, mettre la farine, la poudre à lever et le sel et mélanger.
Faire un puits, y verser la margarine et les œufs bien battus. Mélanger.
Ajouter la ciboulette ciselée, la poire coupée en très petits dés, les pignons et la poudre pour pain d’épices. Mélanger intimement.
Enfourner pour 15 à 20 minutes environ de cuisson ; les madeleines doivent être dorées. Surveiller la cuisson, elle dépend du four et du moule utilisé.
Dès la sortie du four, déposer les madeleines sur une grille et laisser refroidir.
